WEBB HALL

Webb Hall may be one of the oldest buildings on campus, but the attention to detail in its design has more than stood the test of time.

The heritage of its red bricks and red tile roof along with mature landscaping and well maintained grounds make Web Hall a pleasant relief to the eyes.

Its main entryway retains a class and charm of its own.
Even the stairway incorporated into the main lobby is graceful and charming.
Although hard surfaces abound, a feeling of warmth prevails.
Although the display cases may be old-tech, they are certainly attractive and represent their subject material well.
There is much visual interest in the lighting, coved ceilings, and flooring. The overall look is pleasant, and very appealing.
Admittedly, the tile flooring could use some cleaning and polishing.
Lighting design and implementation could certainly be better. Unfortunately, the eye is distracted by the stark fluorescent lighting rather than being attracted to the display cases.
