PHELPS HALL

	The north entrance is clean and clearly identified.
	The south entrance is clean, but leaves you with the sense that you are lost.
	I know this building used to have a name.
	Never mind. Here it is.
	It's better than being lost, but not by much.
	Phelps Hall does have attractively designed signage. There just needs to be more of it.
	Baseboards are missing in several aresa of the first floor.
	Here's another place, for example.
	A third-floor wall has been under construction for several years (assuming my memory hasn't failed me).
	Stairwell areas are in need of painting.
