KERR HALL

	A better job could have been done to the west entrance doors.
	The entrance mat was in such bad shape it was eventually removed.
	The interior mat is beginning to show signs of its age.
	Door jams in the lobby are in need of paint.
	A number of doors on the ground floor should be refinished or replaced.
	The entrance to the TV wing could use a new mat and coat of paint.
	Exterior doors need to be painted.
	Sandbags on the north side of Kerr Hall are an obvious sign of trouble - flooding and safety are both serious issues.
	Landscaping between Kerr Hall and North Hall should be addressed. Weeding north of the TV wing has always been poor.
