Entering from the East, rusting pipes overhead do not leave a good first impression.

They don't even leave a good 2nd impression.

Doors exposed to the exterior of the building should be kept free of all postings.

Scenes like this do not leave a good impression of UCSB faculty, staff, or students.

HSSB is an attractive building, however, upon closer inspection ...
... it could use a fresh coat of paint - at least on selected portions of the building.
More attention could be paid to the weeds growing between the pavers.
A few areas will need some power spraying and cleanup.
The lobby of the south entrance could use a fresh coat of paint and new baseboards.
Some maintenance work needs to be completed.
More attention to detail could be spent particularly when cleaning a main lobby area.
The flooring in the south lobby is showing its age.
South lobby. No comment.
Exterior south wall adjacent to the entry.
Power wash the faculty member who did this.

Cluttered doors are not the best places to find useful information.
