	Entry mats need to be replaced.
	An unattractive collection of waste containers dominate the entrance.
	The building directory is attractive, however, a makeshift paper sign below indicates that something is out-of-date.
	Floor tiles are beginning to show their age in several places in the lobby. Tiles like those found in Cheadle Hall would be an excellent replacement.
	A number of people have commented on the "tacky" looking panels in the elevator.
	External signage on the north wing needs replacing.
	External doors on the north wing all need a fresh coat of paint.
	The lack of a fire extinguisher on the side of the north wing is a sign of a lack of concern for its occupants.
	Exterior walls on the ground level could use some painting.
