DAVIDSON LIBRARY

The first impression one gets of Davidson Library is its need for a fresh coat of paint over the entrance.

Heavy traffic takes its toll on entry mats.

Cleaning off the residue from a temporary poster would make the entrance more professional looking.

A spacious entry with unusual angles, exposed aggregate columns, and touches of natural wood all combine to create a scene of visual interest.

The space is clean and well maintained sending a signal that somebody cares.

The only spots that have been ignored over the years are the exposed ducts. After 30 or so years, they will get dusty.
Was it just a windy day in winter or is this typical?
