	Exterior signage is good. There is no doubt where you are or what Broida Hall might be all about.
	The main entrance is clean. Restrooms are clean and well identified.
	The lobby is clean and attractive.
	Even the flooring material reflects a rich high-tech look.
	The entry is even a comfortable waiting area for those who wish to catch a glimpse of a Nobel Laureate or two.
	Add three LCD information displays to the lobby and you couldn't ask for more.
	In the event you did ask, here is some colorful information on some of our colorful Nobel Prize winners.
	I was so impressed by the other elements of the entrance that I almost forgot to mention the need for a new coat of paint just outside the lobby.
